These Terms govern access to the Pockket website and the provision of software and technology services described on this website.
1. Scope of services
Pockket provides B2B technology services including software development, custom web applications, API integration, SaaS dashboards, business automation and related technical support. Exact scope, price, delivery schedule and responsibilities may be agreed separately for each project.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, requirements, content and access reasonably required for the project.
- Ensure materials, data and instructions supplied can lawfully be used.
- Use delivered software and integrations only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable third-party terms.
3. Third-party APIs and services
Third-party APIs, hosting, payment providers and external services are controlled by their respective providers. Availability, pricing, limits, approvals and changes made by those providers are outside Pockket's direct control.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, pre-existing Pockket software, reusable components, frameworks, libraries and know-how remain the property of Pockket or their respective owners. Project-specific ownership/licensing terms will follow the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement or invoice.
5. Payments
Project fees, milestones, taxes and payment timelines will be communicated before or during engagement. Where online payment is available, it is intended only for eligible technology services corresponding to the approved merchant business profile.
Restricted activities: Pockket's payment flow is not intended for unlawful, prohibited or unlicensed activities. Pockket may decline or discontinue a transaction or service where required by law, payment-provider rules, risk controls or agreed business scope.
6. Delivery and support
Delivery timelines depend on project scope, client dependencies, third-party services and approvals. Support arrangements, if any, follow the applicable project proposal or service agreement.
7. Service limitations
Pockket cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems, internet connectivity, external APIs or services outside its control.
